Job Summary (Primary function)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to join the Incyte Dermatology Product Strategy team, dedicated to leading and supporting consumer promotional initiatives for Opzelura. In this role, you will be responsible for developing & executing marketing strategies, communication plans and promotional tactics for OPZELURA consumer (patient)-focused initiatives driving brand awareness, engagement, and adherence. The Sr. Consumer Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with patients and caregivers.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
* Develop and implement consumer marketing strategies & initiatives to enhance consumer awareness, engagement, and adherence of Opzelura.
* Manage day-to-day agency relationships, including project oversight, timeline management, and budget adherence.
* Lead the creation and optimization of digital & traditional direct-to-consumer materials tailored to patients, including broadcast, social media, email, paid search, and web.
* Manage direct-to-consumer (DTC) media, patient support programs, and educational initiatives.
* Work with external agencies to develop high-quality multimedia content, videos, and digital experiences that enhance patient engagement.
* Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
* Partner with cross functional teams to align strategy and execution for patient-facing initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Medical/Legal/Regulatory review team to ensure compliance (OPDP, FDA, PhRMA, etc.) while optimizing messaging.
* Collaborate with the broader Opzelura brand team to support execution of critical projects and provide input.
* Work closely with key internal stakeholders including medical affairs, market access, HCP counterparts, and communications and patient advocacy to crate integrated, patient-centric campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the therapeutic area, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
* Facilitate the seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.
* Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

* BA/BS required, 5+ years' work experience, ideally consumer pharmaceutical marketing experience.
* Relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience or background; dermatology or autoimmune disease focus preferred.
* Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects autonomously.
* Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities.
