Inventory Intern

JOB TITLE: INVENTORY INTERN

DEPARTMENT: FLIGHT OPERATIONS

REPORTS TO: INVENTORY SPECIALIST

CLASSIFICATION: PART-TIME, NON-EXEMPT

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an intern to support our flight operations inventory team with a large-scale data input and organization project, along with day-to-day Veryon management tasks. The intern will work closely with the Operations Inventory Specialist, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient inventory organization, and effective management of the Veryon tracking system, which directly supports our UAS operations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with data input for inventory and project-related tasks.
• Support material organization to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Help manage and maintain the Veryon tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Interface with company stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Collaborate with Veryon Points of Contact (POCs) for seamless system management.
• Assisting with material audits
• Perform additional duties as required

BASIC REQUIRMENTS:

• Pursuing High School Education
• Detail orientated
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, more with assistance.
• Work environment consists of various office and manufacturing settings with may have exposure to noise, varying temperatures, smells, and chemicals.
