Your Role and IMPACT:

As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the company's financial growth by analyzing investment opportunities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Building and maintaining financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Conducting valuation analysis for M&A transactions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Performing financial due diligence and risk assessments for potential deals.
  • Supporting senior management and FP&A in business analysis, planning, forecasting, and presenting global strategic initiatives.
  • Utilizing financial data to develop new reporting tools and analyze business performance.
  • Researching and synthesizing market trends into actionable corporate strategy.
  • Sourcing and evaluating potential M&A targets.
  • Coordinating strategic projects across business units to align with corporate objectives.
  • Assisting senior management in organizing, drafting, and presenting strategic initiatives.


What We Are Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the maritime, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
