Description Position Overview The Catcher Packer is responsible for packing cartons in our folding/gluing department, while ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards. Responsibilities * Packing cartons * Performing quality checks * Off-line packing * Setting up taper and labeler * Operating a ream cutter * Performing quality re-work * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Quality conscious individual * High attention to detail * Good communication skills * Basic computer skills * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively * Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with some overtime/weekend work * Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
