Description
Position OverviewThe Printing Press Operator is responsible for feeding and operating our Offset, Lithographic Sheet-fed Printing Presses.Responsibilities*Performing on-press make readies, and set up and operation of printing presses
Qualifications
*Troubleshooting and making press adjustments as needed *Communicating with and instructing the Printing Press Feeder *Following work instructions and procedures in place for each job *Maintaining press cleanliness *Ensuring product conformance to specifications *All other duties as assigned Qualifications*Quality conscious individual *Good communication skills *Mechanical aptitude *Basic computer skills *Ability to differentiate colors *Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work *Knowledge/experience in printing preferred - experience with Offset printing, and Lithographic Printing Presses a plus Compensation & BenefitsIn addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
