Shipping Coordinator

Responsible for all incoming, outgoing and movement of materials to support production needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize and prepare all outgoing shipments
• Ensure all finished product is labeled correctly and processed accordingly within ERP system.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of documentation supporting all shipping transactions
• Collaborate with production supervisors, customer service, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to customers
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods, including inventory counts, updating ERP system, and investigating discrepancies.
• Assist with scheduling of raw material deliveries
• Communicate with freight carriers and drivers for deliveries/pick-ups as needed throughout the day
• Assist supervisor with any department needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High sense of urgency & attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• Experience in manufacturing a plus
