The FOX Corporation Ad Sales Department is seeking a dynamic VP of Programmatic Partnerships to lead in-direct revenue, manage partner relationships, and programmatic innovation and technology. This role involves developing programmatic revenue strategies, ensuring optimal implementation of ad tech for demand creation, and engaging across internal teams yield and ops teams.

This role will advocate programmatic practices internally and externally, overseeing scalable campaign execution and procedures to achieve spend targets and capitalize on growth opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for revenue generated from audience/contextual, campaign optimization, and the overall growth of FOX's programmatic operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital media selling/buying Video and Display inventory with a primary focus CTV and FAST Streaming. Strong analytical thinking, excellent presentation skills, leadership experience in a growth environment, and deep DSP and exchange-based media buying industry knowledge are essential.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop programmatic go-to-market partner strategies in collaboration with Yield and Operation functions

  • Develop and manage partner relations collaborate with business development on programmatic agreements with technical and reseller partners to secure favorable terms.

  • Act as the primary contact for SSPs and DSPs, overseeing launch, optimization, and troubleshooting for all programmatic deals and drive initiatives to increase overall programmatic efficiency.

  • Monitor programmatic revenue health and conduct comprehensive reviews to enhance revenue and profitability KPIs.

  • Build, develop, an lead a team of experts responsible for programmatic execution

  • Lead initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the programmatic space.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 10+ years in TV, Ad Tech, Digital Media, Consulting, or related fields.

  • 7+ years of experience in Search, Display, Video, Social, and/or Mobile programmatic media buying/selling with increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company, including client-facing responsibilities.

  • Expertise with industry-standard ad servers such as Freewheel MRM and/or Google Ad Manager (GAM), as well as SSP and DSP technologies such as Magnite, Pubmatic, Publica, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, and Amazon APS.

  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines, delivering quality results, and effectively collaborating with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.

  • Extensive vendor management experience.

  • Experience building, managing, leading, and fostering teams.

  • Leadership experience, including managing diverse teams and developing talent, with advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and data-driven approaches.

  • Track record of handling large client ambitions, leading best practices, and building reputation across stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of the online media industry, ad technology solutions, and data privacy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Vast understanding of the programmatic landscape and the ability to think creatively and make effective decisions.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $222,500.00-289,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $185,400.00-240,800.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
