SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and marketing activation for Almo Corporation's house brands across multiple categories including home comfort, holiday, and outdoor furniture categories. This individual will be responsible for brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution across eCommerce and omni-channel platforms.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for brand management, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Brand Strategy & Management
    • Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies for Almo's house brands.
    • Oversee brand guidelines, and creative assets to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all channels.
    • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
  • Marketing Activation & Campaign Management
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
    • Develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, influencer marketing, paid media) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with sales and cross functional teams to optimize brand presence on retailer websites and DTC platforms.
  • Omni-Channel & eCommerce Growth
    • Partner with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to enhance product content, SEO, and digital merchandising strategies.
    • Work closely with retail partners to develop co-branded promotions, in-store activations, and digital shelf enhancements.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, share of voice, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product development, sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment between brand strategies and business objectives.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and marketing partners to maximize brand impact.
    • Lead budget planning, allocation, and reporting for brand marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer products, eCommerce, or omni-channel retail.
  • Proven track record in brand management, marketing activation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and eCommerce strategies.
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart and other marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data, consumer insights, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, BigCommerce, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
