Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing systems integration efforts prior to fielding, troubleshooting system issues, and demonstrating the integration capabilities of MRDS components in multiple configurations.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Performing systems integration efforts prior to fielding.
  • Troubleshooting system issues to include reviewing reports of equipment usage, malfunctions, and maintenance to determine and address problems.
  • Demonstrating that all MRDS components are capable of being integrated, both physically and electronically, into the multiple configurations prior to fielding.
  • Providing reach back for other companies and program office for troubleshooting and guidance. Designing and developing storage and transport case.
  • Writing reports and providing engineering change feedback and suggestions during the Government's engineering change proposal (ECP) process.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in systems integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of direct, hands-on experience in the use of equipment that encompasses the detection and identification of CBRN materials and shall possess the ability to troubleshoot CBRN equipment and perform all systems integration tasks.
  • Must possess a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with MRDS systems and equipment sets.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and best practices.
  • Certification in relevant technical areas.

Pay and Benefits

The Salary Range for this position is $100,000 - $131,000 annually.
