Why this job's a big deal: Priceline is seeking a Senior Product Lead of Hotel Supply Operations to take ownership of optimizing hotel supply connections for optimal distribution of rates and inventory to partners that connect through Priceline Partner Service B2B API connections. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic vision, technical leadership, and operational expertise to drive innovation and elevate our B2B supply offering. The Sr Product Lead will partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to create a platform that enhances supply utilization, quality, and parity. This role is critical in ensuring that Priceline Partner Solutions offers competitive, accurate, and meaningful supply to help our business partners grow. In this role you will get to:
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Hotel Supply Platform, focusing on unifying supply in preparation for B2B distribution
Align product goals with business objectives to maximize operational efficiency, supply utilization, and quality
Champion data-driven decision-making to inform product and platform enhancements.
Utilize industry trends and data insights to influence decisions and drive innovation.
Define and execute a product strategy for hotel supply connectivity
Align company goals to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, account management and operations, to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our API delivers a market-leading access to the best hotel supply
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B supply connectivity, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps that address the needs of hotel partners and B2B clients.
Prioritize features and improvements based on impact, urgency, and business value.
Identify and resolve pain points in hotel supply data accuracy, pricing, and inventory availability.
Work closely with API developers to enhance technical capabilities and ensure robust performance.
Leverage analytics to measure product performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve partner satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Priceline hotel supply team, ensuring mutual success in connecting and distributing inventory.
Partner with Priceline Partner Solutions Account Managers to understand and deliver product improvement that meet business partner needs
Provide detailed documentation, training, and support to external and internal stakeholders
Who you are:
8+ years of product management experience
Previous experience in either a technical product management or an engineering role
Experience with using generative AI to build and optimize products
Strong data skills including proficiency with multiple analytics tool sets including Splunk, Tableau, BigQuery, SQL, and database design
Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision making skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate innovative and effective actions plans to resolve issues.
Experience translating business and partner requirements into technical requirements for engineers
Experience with Agile project management techniques including Scrum and Kanban as well as Agile tools like Jira and Confluence or equivalent toolsets
Experience setting strategic objectives on a quarterly and yearly cadence using an outcome based objective format such as OKRs
Experience creating presentation materials and presenting to a diverse array of stakeholders including engineers, business analysts, and upper management
A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction
Experience working in travel is useful. Passion for travel required!
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering). MBA or advanced degree preferred.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. The salary range for this position is $130,000- $160,000K USD. #LI-VM1 #LI-Hybrid
