*Top Skills' Details* * 3-5 years of experience working in the Product Management space - ideally within the Unified Communications space* * Any phone services experience - ringcentral, 8x8, cisco (webex or device), polycom* * Looking for someone who is inquisitive, able to figure out how something new works and the best ways things work* * Any experience working on business level phones (poly and cisco devices) would be a plus. This person is supporting physical products* *Description* Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed. 5-8 years experience needed. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Looking for a Product Manager 3 - it's doing Business VoiceEdge for small businesses. This is mainly with polycom and cisco devices. This will work on supporting devices. New devices, upgrading, etc for their clients * Product Manager - need someone who is technical, who can pick up equipment, understand and figure out how it works. * Work with end to end teams, comfortable presenting in front of those teams. Work with sales people to explain the new devices, what we are doing and things like that * We need a local Philadelphia resource - 3 days onsite *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
