Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location: Honolulu, Oahu Pay: $80,000 to $120,000 a year Responsibilities: * Maintain and enhance company platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. * Design and develop new features that deliver value and enhance the user experience. * Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. * Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: * Proficiency in Java 8+ and object-oriented design principles. * Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end practices. * Hands-on experience with Git for source control and version management. * Familiarity with MVC frameworks including Spring. * Understanding of agile development methodologies and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: * Experience with web services technologies such as REST, WSDL, and SOAP. * Knowledge of automation testing tools like JUnit and Selenium. * Database management experience with MySQL and MongoDB. * Previous exposure to extending legacy platforms with modern solutions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
