Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Sitecore Engineer to join our growing Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and maintaining customer-facing portals using Sitecore CMS. Your primary role will be to work with a team to develop and implement new enhancements to a Sitecore portal that provides customer-facing reporting and visualizations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing portals using Sitecore CMS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Work with the development team and Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions Provide technical expertise on requirements gathering calls with customers and stakeholders Implement Sitecore best practices to ensure high performance, scalability, and security Customize and extend Sitecore components, templates, and modules to meet business needs Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and rest/web APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore implementations. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features, updates, and industry trends. Job Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a customer-facing portal developer, bonus if majority of experience is in Sitecore Strong proficiency in SQL and database management Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Bonus - experience with reporting/BI tools such as Looker or PowerBI Excellent understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
