We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with proven ability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Snowflake Tasks, Snowflake Streams Snowflake SQL, and Snowpipe. This onsite role requires validated tech-background and the ability to work reliably in a complexd environment. The position offers the opportunity to give to impactful projects that drive our companys success.

Develop, test, and maintain Python applications (using framework named Data Butler) and scripts.

Design and implement data pipeline solutions using python & Snowflake stored procs.

Handle code repositories and perform code check-ins using GitLab.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to collect requirements and deliver solutions.

Fix and resolve issues related to Python applications and Snowflake data warehousing and perform validation testing.

Ensure code quality and maintain standard processes for version control.

Validated experience as a Python Developer.

Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing.

Proficiency in using GitLab for version control and code check-ins.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of Informatica is a plus.

Experience with other data warehousing solutions and ETL tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification

The annual salary for this position is between (95,500 - 109,000) depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
