About the team:

Our newly formed Product Marketing team is dedicated to articulating our value to customers. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Product Marketing to play a help shape this function, refine our messaging and position our company as a leader in the industry. In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, and other key teams to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement and market impact.

What you will Own:

  • Help build Product marketing as a strategic function ensuring it is deeply integrated into product and customer engagement.
  • Develop and refine corporate messaging. Work closely with product and marketing teams to craft compelling corporate messaging that clearly communicates our proposition and market differentiation.
  • Enhance website product framework and content. Adjust the current "Take, Make, Manage" framework to better reflect our broad capabilities and gain alignment across teams. Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively convey our offering.
  • Create engaging top of the funnel content. Develop high impact marketing assets, including product videos, expert thought leadership content and other collateral to support promotional efforts and strengthen our industry presence.
  • Simplify Product naming. Streamline product naming to focus on describing capabilities rather than individual brand names, making it easier for customer to understand our offerings.
  • Develop material for new product launches. Support new product inductions by defining product names, developing web content and creating promotional plans to drive awareness and adoption. Our innovation story to life in creative and impactful ways.
  • Promote innovation and thought leadership. Lead biannual campaigns highlighting the latest product innovations, collaborating with product managers to bring our innovation story to life in creative and impactful ways.
  • Other related projects assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity and remain adaptable.
  • Strategic thinking, understanding how to position products effectively in the market.
  • Strong storytelling; fluent in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborative leadership excelling at working cross-functionally with product, marketing and commercial teams.
  • Ability to turn strategy into action, ensuring consistency and clarity in all product marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency to operate independently, managing multiple deadlines and very hands-on.
