The Solution Engineer III is responsible for bridging the technical gap between our solution offerings and the needs of our clients. The scope of this job includes collaboration with sales, solution development, and implementation teams to understand client requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate the value of WellSky solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project managers to recommend, plan, and execute technical implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives and developing recommendations for mitigating project risks.
  • Lead discovery sessions to assess feasibility and develop comprehensive specifications and data mapping documentation for use by the team.
  • Architect advanced technical custom solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance by leveraging expertise in SQL, C#, web services, API, data integrations, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
  • Perform advanced debugging and root cause analysis for custom solution issues, including documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in at least one solution application by utilizing multiple functionalities, tools, and modalities for effective customization.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding the feasibility of requests by providing tailored explanations and ensuring scope adherence.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
  • Programming and/or coding experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
