Pay: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: The role requires at least one year of experience in logistics, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, and strong computer skills for data entry and order processing follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Job Duties: As a Logistics Administrator, your daily duties will include data entry for System Applications and Products Receiving and Billing transactions, conducting inventory reconciliations with third-party logistics providers and the SAP system, and verifying and processing warehouse charges. You will also assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and storage while building and managing relationships with sales and the third-party logistics warehouse team. Providing feedback on current practices and metrics will be essential to continuously streamlining organizational processes.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
