PROGRAM MANAGER - HEALTH PLAN SERVICES

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required (must provide official transcripts at time of interview)
• Three (3) years of program management, program coordination, or project implementation experience is required
• Two (2) years of experience working in a hospital, other healthcare, Managed Care Organization (Medicaid or Medicare) or academic health program is required
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. is required (MS Office testing will be administered; 70% minimum proficiency rate is required)
• Strong experience and proficiency using SharePoint is required
• Proficient experience with data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, or reporting is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience supervising staff is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in Managed Care Organization is preferred
• Project Management Certification from PMI institute is preferred
• Experience working in Medicaid or Medicare managed care organization is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio is preferred
