Job Description We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administrate and organize all types of commercial projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Sales/Operations Teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including transferring technical product knowledge, operational and logistic timeframes and order management (quote to project closeout cycle). You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like quote/order entry, maintaining project documentation and handling pricing records. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are aligned with project scope and internal operational execution. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The US base salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
