Creighton University is seeking an Assistant Director of Engagement to manage and lead strategic initiatives that enhance student recruitment and alumni engagement in key geographic regions. This role plays a vital part in executing Creighton's National Target Market Strategy (NTMS), which focuses on ten priority markets to strengthen relationships and drive application and enrollment growth. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Analytics, the Assistant Director will develop and implement independent strategies that engage alumni, student families, high school counselors, and community organizations. This position requires strong project management skills to oversee market-specific action plans while collaborating with internal teams, including Enrollment Management, University Relations, and Marketing, to ensure alignment with university goals. The Assistant Director will take ownership of key engagement initiatives, managing budgets related to these efforts and making data-informed decisions to maximize impact. This role involves frequent travel to priority markets to build relationships, support regional engagement efforts, and represent Creighton at events. A successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with the ability to foster long-term partnerships, develop innovative approaches to engagement, and execute initiatives that enhance Creighton's presence and reputation in key markets.
