AriensCo is on the lookout for a passionate Project Engineer eager to develop world-class outdoor power equipment. This role also involves updating existing products. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team through all technical aspects of new product development, handling upfront planning, resourcing, and maintaining the project schedule. Located in Brillion, WI, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Through influence, lead the multidisciplinary technical team that delivers new product development projects

• Work with Chief Engineers and other functional groups to develop project plans and resource estimates

• Prepare with guidance engineering documents including scoping, cost estimates, capital expenditures, project schedules, and requirements documents

• Conduct and leads recurring team meetings and breakout technical discussions

• Maintain project action tracking documents and drives for completion of open activities

• Work with Product Director, Chief Engineer, and Product Manager to convert customer language into Product Requirements

• Coordinate technical design reviews related to product development for platforms and ensures implementation of decisions

• Coordinate with and provides technical information to other groups as required. These groups would include Design, Tooling, Internal/External Engineering, Sourcing, Testing, Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, Tech Pubs, Industrial Design, Marketing/Sales, Service Group, and Operations

• With guidance from the Chief Engineer provide updates to executive leadership on project status

• Provide technical leadership - functions as an engineer when necessary

• Engage with the Product Conformance group to ensure necessary conformance standards and expectations are met

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from four-year accredited school required

• Minimum of 7 years of experience related to the duties outlined
