This is a Temporary Position for the Summer 2025

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES:



  • Compile and organize customer database information to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Collect photo files and product images from manufacturer partners for e-commerce.
  • Track, organize, and maintain marketing swag inventory.
  • Assist in the design and layout of product catalogs, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate on content creation - including social media posts, email campaigns, and product descriptions. Contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Support with general administrative tasks as needed



QUALIFICATIONS:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
* Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and design.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal working conditions as found within an office setting, wherein there is controlled temperature and a low noise level, plus a minimum of distractions.
