Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the HQ Charlotte, NC, hybrid work policy model.

All about the role:

In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement for Electrolux Major Appliances NA. You will be a part of a team of other product owners collaborating with delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for a critical part of the D2C journey focusing on the cart and checkout process. This role is a key driver of the overall consumer experience within digital channels and is a highly collaborative member of the Consumer Journey team and a key driver and advocate of Agile methodology.You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and input, ensure timely execution with internal and external partners and steward the consumer experience across websites, with a primary focus on driving D2C eCommerce.

What you'll do:

  • Solicit requirements from cross-functional stakeholders while contributing data-backed and best practice recommendations for enhancements and new projects

  • Proactive mentality to continuously improve the consumer experience purchasing products online

  • Partner with UX/UI and consumer journey to determine best approach for a best-in-class cart and checkout experience

  • Ownership of enhancement grooming and project intake for cart and checkout enhancements and projects

  • Actively manage backlog items related to cart and checkout

  • Contribute to the overarching roadmap with the other digital product owners

  • Partner with delivery to ensure timely and ongoing communication of enhancement and project progress

  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies ensuring that business needs are clear and will be delivered as planned

  • Assist with user acceptance testing

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience with at least 1 year in Agile, scrum-based environment

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Experience within a direct-to-consumer, business-to-consumer or business-to-business commerce environment

  • Ability to quickly learn processes and tools

  • Excellent oral and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with owning, organizing, and prioritizing the product backlog

  • Knowledge within breaking down deliverables into epics and stories

  • Excellent skills in creating documentation, collecting and analyzing business requirements

  • Working knowledge of product development architecture

  • Flexibility to operate in various roles within a cross-functional team

  • In-depth experience in Agile project management
