Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Camelback Mountain in the exclusive enclave of Paradise Valley, the Montelucia Resort & Spa features 253 luxurious guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. The property's distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain's Andalusia region. The property also includes the award-winning Moroccan inspired Joya Spa, three resort pools and five dining options including the critically acclaimed restaurant, Prado. The resort, which is adjacent to the cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale, offers easy access to golf, recreation, nightlife and entertainment.

The Spa Director will be responsible for the overall operational function and management of the Spa and will demonstrate leadership throughout the Spa and Resort to maximize guest and team satisfaction. Is responsible for all Spa policies and procedures and has direct supervision for the Spa Leadership team, along with the Cosmetology, Salon and Massage Supervisors.

Implements and monitors the budget plus manages expenses within the approved budget constraints for the entire Spa.
• Will serve as MOD of the Resort when scheduled.
• Manages the Spa team and develops relationships with all guests and vendors.
• To create, maintain and oversee a marketable and profitable Spa while meeting/exceeding financial goals
• To directly supervise the Spa Leadership, plus the Cosmetology/Esthetics, Salon and Massage Supervisors
• To actively create and promote special promotions and events
• To actively create and promote local day guest business through gift cards, special occasion celebrations and holiday events
• To assist in promoting and marketing the Spa to Resort Guests
• To provide personal attention to the guests

• One to two years post high school education
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Manager or Director level role at a full service, luxury spa, with strong preferential given candidates who have held these positions in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification is desired
