The Principal Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving advanced analytics initiatives within our newly established Value Reporting & Analytics organization. This leader will oversee a team of skilled offshore data scientists tasked with developing and implementing sophisticated analytical models, predictive analytics, and data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences, optimize marketing strategies, and improve operational efficiency. This role will aid in establishing unified metrics of success across all value brands, ensuring that strategic decisions are supported by accurate and comprehensive data. The Principal Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in sales operations, marketing, global technology services (GTS), and finance to advance key strategic initiatives. In addition to delivering insightful analytical results, the Principal Engineer will lead efforts to standardize data collection and reporting processes across diverse systems and tools, tackling the challenges of siloed data within each respective Value brand. By defining, refining, and mining data, this leader will establish clear metrics and methodologies for data integrity, aiding in the creation of a single source of truth that enhances decision-making across the entire organization. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $124,000.00 and $231,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
