A Brief Overview This Financial Analyst Manager role is responsible for managing the financial and analytical framework that underpins operational decision making of the Safelite Supply Chain. This role combines traditional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities with a deep understanding of operational metrics to drive performance improvements and support strategic decision making. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, operational understanding, and critical thinking. The Financial Analyst Manager is responsible for building and maintaining accurate budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities. The role is responsible for building and maintaining mechanisms to enable efficient operations, inclusive of unit forecasting and labor plans.
