As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Key Accounts business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to help define goals and deliver experiences that achieve desired business growth goals. Specific to this role, you will be responsible for establishing the marketing strategy priorities for initiatives that nurture and enhance relationships with Capital Group's key strategic firms. You apply your expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to help Capital Group launch marketing programs that materially grow market share, sales, and products placed on the strategic firms. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
