Day-To-Day:

  • Develop and implement a consistent and comprehensive content strategy that aligns with sales goals and drives engagement.

  • Leverage data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

  • Design and execute a robust onboarding program that accelerates new hire productivity and integration, with a focus on accountability.

  • Create and manage career development programs that support the growth and advancement of sales team members.

  • Ensure consistency and quality in instructional design across all training programs.

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful content across several modalities that supports sales efforts and drives performance.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience with content management systems and sales enablement platforms.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in sales enablement and instructional design.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a global or multi-national organization.

  • Background in developing and implementing large-scale training programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement.
