  • Estimated annual base pay: $112,000(minimum) - $140,000(midpoint) - $168,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you are a Finance Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Finance Manager is responsible for designated activities relatively broad in scope. These activities include various areas of financial accounting and reporting significant to the company, guided by criteria in line with Sarbanes-Oxley.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead a team of finance professionals to achieve the objectives of assigned responsibilities, including but not limited to, Intercompany, Payroll & Benefits, Lease Accounting, Capex/PPE, Financial Reporting, Taxes, Compliance/GAAP/SOX.
  • Drive a lean and continuous improvement climate to enhance efficiency, ensuring sustainable future growth.
  • Effectively manage department resources by recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing team members with a consideration of career opportunities as assignments are made.
  • Manage accounting processes, leading to the timely and accurate reporting of financial results for the specific responsibility area and in compliance with established internal control guidelines.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of period end close activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and compliance.
  • Coordinate and monitor external and internal audits.
  • Support organizational initiatives through active participation and provide departmental coverage to ensure business continuity.

What We Are Looking For

  • US Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) required
  • US Master's Degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) in Business preferred
  • 5+ years in Accounting and financial experience that includes progressively more complex assignments or projects required
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial analysis
  • Substantive experience leading others
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with strong written and oral communication
  • Skilled use of computer software, systems and tools: Microsoft Office, SAP, Business Applications
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, standard costing preferred
  • CPA a plus
