Grinder/Cutter-2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Knowledge of basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

* Basic reading comprehension skills

* Must be able to:

o Use hand tools (such as Allen wrenches and screw drivers)

o Keep accurate and legible records

o Stand for extended periods of time

o Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* *Will set up and operate both lathe and centerless grinders, and lathe cutters

* * Meet production standards for operation and set up

* *Make minor set-up adjustments

* * Adhere to quality specifications

* *Read and understand precision gages (micrometer and snap gage)

* *Develop SPC charts

* *5S

* *Adhere to TSD Parker policies and safety requirements

* *Participate on High Performance Team(s)

* *May be required to cross train onto other equipment at a future date.

* * Other duties, as assigned
