The Finance Manager for Benefits - Human Resources at Associated Bank is responsible for managing all financial aspects of this critical line of business. This role requires a hands-on approach to financial operations, directly supporting Line of Business Management and influencing strategic financial decisions. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to develop and deliver key management reporting, including but not limited to:

* Budgeting and forecasting

* Management reporting and performance metrics

* Strategic planning and profitability analysis

* Business opportunity decision-making support

* Identifying profit improvement initiatives to help the Line of Business achieve its financial targets

The Finance Manager will also maintain active collaboration with other support functions to provide performance insights and intelligence, ensuring informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct financial research and analysis to support business strategies

* Manage financial processes and tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy

* Develop and present financial reports and recommendations in a clear, concise manner

* Lead and support financial aspects of key projects

* Supervise and lead financial analyst

* Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Education

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting or Finance(Required)

Experience

* 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Cost Accounting (Required)

* 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting, or general accounting (Preferred)

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive financial performance in a dynamic environment. Supervisor experience is welcomed.
