    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is central to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, building collaborative strategies, and creating impactful customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Budget Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive, market-specific annual marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership and sales VPs.
    • Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently while ensuring alignment with Azelis' brand standards.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
    • Design and execute targeted e-blasts for five distinct markets, converting them into "Grow Your Know" articles for the website.
    • Create and manage content for A&ES social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), aligned with seasonal trends and approval processes.
  • Website and SEO Management:
    • Maintain and update website content, ensuring relevance and accessibility for customers.
    • Oversee SEO optimization, Google Ads campaigns, and report on website performance metrics.
  • Advertising and Promotions:
    • Develop print and digital ads tailored for trade associations, magazines, and newsletters.
    • Create promotional materials for Veg Retail Centers, enhancing brand recognition and customer traffic.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan and manage trade shows, workshops, and annual meetings, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Handle logistics such as booth setup, sponsorships, and special events.
  • Marketing Collateral and Branding:
    • Design and manage branded materials, including product literature, spec sheets, and promotional items for internal teams and customers.
    • Ensure all print collateral aligns with Azelis' branding and supports sales efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Present MARCOM metrics and insights to senior leadership, sales teams, and principal partners.
    • Travel to key business reviews and leadership meetings, providing updates on marketing initiatives and KPIs.
  • Project Management
    • Effectively and efficiently manage concurrent projects and prioritize deliverables
    • Work with outside agencies to deliver contract work on-time and withing budget
    • Effectively delegate work to maximize throughput and manage deadlines withing budget

Requirements

Minimum of Four-year degree from an accredited institution in a related MARCOM function Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms, graphic design tools, CRM systems, and project management software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
