Base Compensation Range: $105,000 - $120,000

*In addition, you qualify for:



  • Annual bonus opportunity of 15% based on company performance
  • Annual equity award of $10,000

Job Summary

Mesa Lab's Enterprise Solutions software development team has a significant impact on our continued and substantial growth by building custom applications and integrations that provide an incredible competitive advantage. The Product Owner for Enterprise Applications will play a crucial role in driving the vision, development, and success of Mesa Labs' enterprise software solutions. This position requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure our enterprise applications meet both user needs and business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Own and manage the product backlog for enterprise applications, ensuring it aligns with business strategy and user needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria
  • Write clear, detailed user stories and requirements documentation that enables the development team to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, grooming meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Make informed decisions about feature prioritization based on business value, technical constraints, and resource availability
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product roadmap updates effectively
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Balance technical debt management with new feature development
  • Facilitate resolution of impediments affecting the development team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in product development


Experience/Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar, and significant hands-on experience in product management or product ownership. Or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification or equivalent
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with requirements gathering and user story writing
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
