This role requires a strong commitment to OYA's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion framework and a proven ability to lead a 24/7 facility with vision, strategy, and a focus on safety and security for both youth and staff. About Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility: Oak Creek is one of nine Oregon Youth Authority Correctional Facilities. It holds the distinction as the sole facility that serves young women in Oregon. Located in the city of Albany within Linn County, Oak Creek serves approximately 50 female youth in the juvenile and adult justice systems. Like the seven facilities that serve males, Oak Creek houses youth who are adjudicated for criminal behavior in juvenile court, as well as youth serving sentences that originated in adult court from various jurisdictions. These youth have either been waived to adult court from juvenile court or by virtue of their age and severity of the criminal offense automatically remanded to adult court. Additional Details:
