Peraton is hiring for a Configuration Management Analytics

Location: Kansas City MO

This position will support the USMC in operating and managing the enterprise hosting-management capabilities (cloud and on-prem) supporting worldwide capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage Configuration Management systems operation and integration
• Execute configuration management transactions in support of hybrid cloud operations
• Support project planning and execution using SAFe/agile approach
• Implement ITIL processes to execute configuration management activities
• Provide technical guidance and assistance in automating data collection, processing, reconcilation for configuration management activities

Required:

Minimum of HS 14+ years, AS 12+ years, BS/BA 8+ years; MS/MA 6+ years; PhD 3+ years of experience

US Citizenship

US SECRET clearance (Tier 3 clearance)

IAT II Certification

Experience managing a CMDB system and data for datacenter/cloud infrastructure environments

Experience automating configuration item data collection, verificaiton, reconciliiation

Experience supporting agile project management efforts

Experience operating in an ITIL framework, ITIL training or certifcation required

Experience with Power BI and Power Platforms

DESIRED:

Cloud certification (Azure or AWS)

ITIL certification in CMDB

Scripting (power shell)

Rest API

Experience with BMC Remedy/BMC Discovery

Experience with BMC Helix CMDB
