Job Summary:

Our global client helps businesses around the world with their hiring practices and at this time, are seeking to add, on a contract basis, a Campaign Manager. With so much amazing content to tap into, it is the responsibility of the Campaign Manager to use these successful campaigns/content for other target audiences around the globe. The Campaign Manager, Internationalization & Segmentation, will play a key role in supporting our client's longtail markets and audience segments while driving scalability in their campaign approach. This role will focus on adapting and extending their core campaigns to non-core markets all the while, ensuring alignment with local market needs and opportunities. The Campaign Manager will be the champion for segmentation and own the strategy behind and implementation of segment focused digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will document and promote best-in-class testing approaches, enabling data-driven optimizations across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Longtail Market Expansion: Support non-core markets by adapting existing campaigns and identifying opportunities to extend impact while working within resource constraints.
  • Segmentation Strategy: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.
  • Internationalization: Ensure campaigns are effectively localized for different markets while maintaining brand and messaging consistency.
  • Testing & Optimization: Establish and document structured testing methodologies to improve campaign performance, sharing insights across teams for continuous learning.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with regional marketing, content, and product teams to ensure longtail market efforts align with broader campaign and company goals.
  • Process & Documentation: Create scalable playbooks and best practices to streamline international campaign execution and segmentation efforts.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and international marketing.
  • Experience driving global end to end integrated campaigns spanning paid social, content syndication, paid email and owned email channels.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, localization and persona driven strategies.
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate testing with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to drive knowledge-sharing.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective content strategies.
