We have an opportunity for a Digital Experience Manager to join our Water Solutions segment marketing team. Pentair Water Solutions helps customers grow with confidence knowing their water and ice is cleaner, clearer, better tasting and more reliable. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, leveraging innovative strategies to build trust and reduce friction for our partners. Your expertise in website optimization and creating elite digital experiences will be instrumental in achieving our business goals. This is an exciting position that requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical, hands-on skills in website/content, UX/UI design, demand generation (SEO) and digital analytics with the opportunity for continued growth and development!

** You will work a hybrid work schedule for this position, with 3 days/week in-office either in Golden Valley, MN or Brookfield, WI. ** #LI-Hybrid

You will:

  • Actively develop and implement digital solutions, including website authoring and designing customer experiences based on comprehensive user journey maps to understand and visualize customer interactions across all digital touchpoints.
  • Directly manage and optimize our websites, including monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to ensure a seamless user experience through ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
  • Partner with business content marketing teams to ensure content is organically optimized and engaging, leading to higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and visibility.
  • Collaborate with testing partners to design and implement A/B tests to optimize website elements, including layouts, content, and calls-to-action (CTAs), and continuously refine digital assets based on test outcomes to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Lead and influence by example in adopting and promoting emerging technologies and best practices in digital experience management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Have earned a bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) degree.
  • Have 6+ years of customer-facing digital agency or B2B/B2C manufacturing industry experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive successful lead management programs.
  • Experienced working within an agile, highly interdependent and/or matrixed environment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage up without direct authority.
  • High proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with Adobe analytics and ability to interpret reports and provide data-driven recommendations preferred.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences with a "hands-on" background, and an eagerness to jump in, as needed.
  • A "t-shaped" digital marketer with broad experience but a deep understanding of organic demand, lead generation and creating engaging digital experiences that convert.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300 - $152800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as annual incentive bonus.
