Platform Analyst - eCMS & Contracts AI

Summary:

In this role, you will assist in implementing, supporting and maintaining our new internal Contract Management System with Contracts AI platform. You will help ensure system performance, provide user support. You will grow your knowledge across all capabilities, including templates, forms, playbooks, workflows, integrations, and help to train our Contracts Artificial Intelligence (AI) Large Language Model (LLM). You will be able to develop your skills in IT and explore the exciting intersection of technology and contract management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily support and administration of the Enterprise Contract Management System (eCMS).

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions while ensuring data security and compliance.

  • Conduct routine system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.

  • Provide user support, training, and guidance to enhance system adoption and efficiency.

  • Support and enhance AI-powered contract tools for contract review and data extraction.

  • Lead efforts to integrate eCMS tools with other platforms to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline contract management processes.

  • Maintain and optimize a centralized contract repository for accessibility and efficiency.

  • Develop and generate reports or dashboards to provide insights into contract data, including key deadlines and statuses.

  • Ensure compliance with data retention and security policies while maintaining data integrity.

  • Lead testing efforts for new features or updates to the eCMS system.

  • Identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors for resolution.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system performance and optimize functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related fields preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 2 or more years of experience is required.

  • Familiarity with basic IT or software tools; experience with CMS systems is a plus.

  • An interest in learning workflow automation, data management, and system integrations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency with basic reporting tools like Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

  • Exposure to enterprise software or administrative tools.

  • Ability to analyze and translate data based on business requirements.

  • Interest in AI-powered technologies and how they can add value to our business.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams.

  • A proactive approach to learning new tools and solving problems.

  • Experience as a Paralegal or Contract Administrator is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
