Are you passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals? Join our team as a Student Support Representative, where you'll play a key role in guiding prospective and current students through the admissions process and ensuring a positive, student-centered experience.

The Student Support Representative engages with prospective and current students in a remote environment to support admissions and enrollment efforts. They guide students through the admissions process by providing information, addressing inquiries, verifying qualifications, and connecting them with Enrollment Specialists as needed. The role involves offering resources on academics, financial aid, student accounts, and career services, ensuring a positive and informative experience that contributes to the college's enrollment goals and student success.

An associate degree from a college or technical school is preferred, or alternatively, two years of full-time work-related experience in any discipline or a similar environment may be considered an equivalent qualification. Experience in a call center environment is preferred, though candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, or customer service are also encouraged to apply. Exposure to omnichannel contact center environments is recommended.
