Position Purpose







The Key Account Executive for Self-Funded Accounts at Hometown Health will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, operational support, and cost-saving initiatives for self-funded clients. This role involves collaborating closely with the Sales and Retention Team to expand the self-funded book of business and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is critical in driving value for our key accounts.









Nature and Scope







Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing client accounts to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction

* Representing Hometown Health in public settings to grow and retain self-funded membership

* Collaborating with key client executives and internal teams to ensure operational excellence

* Providing comprehensive benefit selections, claims adjudication, and member services

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and address their needs

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

* Driving continuous performance improvement and reporting on key metrics

This position does not provide patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

Description



Education:



Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (can substitute 4 years of related experience).



Experience:



Three years in account management required. Three years in benefits, Human Resources, or self-funded insurance experience required. Two years supervisory/management experience preferred.



License(s):



Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Health Resident Producer license within 90 days of hire.

Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State of Nevada driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria.



Certification(s):



None



Computer / Typing:



Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Word and have the ability to use the computer for online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
