Forcepoint is seeking a driven, full-time Executive Assistant to support our GTM VPs and senior leaders. This role will work with our lead GTM Executive Assistant for the Go-To-Market team and will be the primary point of contact for some members of the executive leadership team. This role must possess the ability to make decisions quickly, communicate effectively at all levels, be diplomatic and maintain professionalism. This role requires a dynamic individual who is creative, organized, proactive, assertive when needed, and able to work in partnership with others for a smooth, seamless operating rhythm. Proactively manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, coordinating complex meetings, and arranging seamless travel itineraries. Anticipate needs and proactively engage appropriate people and resources to support the executive. Communicate clearly and effectively with the executive and their teams to ensure the executive is well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Assist with travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings, international visas and all other related arrangements to ensure a smooth travel experience for your executive. Complete a wide variety of organizational support including correspondence, expense reports, in-office meetings at Austin HQ, assist with events coordination and cross-functional activities as needed. Majority of assigned work will be conducted during standard business hours; however, it is essential that the candidate must be able to support early morning, late evening and weekend work when the need arises. Operational Support: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
