Provide outstanding service to our online customers with a warm and empathetic approach in line with the HQ brand and voice across all platforms Required to assist with email support and phone calls daily Maintain clear and open communication within the HQ CX Team Lead, and Managers Easily and quickly recognizes customer needs, customer type, and the best solution for the particular customer Knowledgeable around procedures, limitations, and appropriate course of action Ability to gauge opportunities to impress the customer with knowledge Ability to multitask & self-manage time spent on tasks to ensure maximum output Problem solve to create a positive experience for all customers and produce high satisfaction ratings Remain positive and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement within the team Attend & contribute to team discussions and provide insight that will contribute to improving overall customer experience Meet and strive to exceed individual and team Customer Experience KPI's and targets Fulfill end to end customer service and support customers with escalated enquiries through to resolution Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the support team May be assigned additional support tasks by HQ team Consistently update trackers and logs and follow all issues affecting satisfaction Utilize communication channels to communicate with HQ team, and consistently respond to all Slack and Email updates *Additional Skills & Qualifications* BS/BA degree desired HS diploma 2+ years of Customer service experience with a track record of providing excellent customer service . Basic level of understanding of CRM Platform and communication tools . Experience in retail e-commerce direct to consumer operations preferred . Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Google Suite . Experience with Shopify Plus desirable . Ability to multitask & self-manage time spent on tasks to ensure maximum output . Strong problem-solving skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers . Remain positive and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement within the team . Must be organized, a self-starter, and have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with business partners . Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
