*Position*: Customer Service Representative
*Pay*: $20 an hour* * *Anticipated Start Dates: *4/4 *Location (training and production)*: * Work From Home - Fully Remote *Hours/Schedule:* * Training is the same shift as the shift after training * PM Shift hours are: Mon-Thurs 6 PM - 11 PM EST, 2 15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch, and Saturday 12 PM - 6 PM EST, 30 minute lunch = 26 hours without OT *Duration:* * Projected to be a 2-5 month contract, based on business needs *Equipment:* * Must be able to provide *your own* laptop/computer. o *Equipment Requirements:* * Windows (10 or 11) - No Lenex or Chrome or MacBook * Headsets - need USB headsets (no wireless) * Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required * Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task * Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload *Job Description: * * National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients * Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response #eastpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
