*Location:* Harrisburg, PA *Pay Rate:* $17 - $18/hr *Shift:* Monday - Friday, Day Shift - Remote after 90 days depending on performance. 9:30 am - 6 pm is the primary shift need *Position Highlights:* * Paid Holiday & PTO Accrual * Opportunity to Go Remote After 90 Days * Contract-to-Hire with Career Growth Opportunities * Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Available *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound calls for account inquiries and applications. * Process payments and update account information. * Document customer concerns and follow up via mail or email. * Perform account maintenance and prepare daily reports. *Requirements:* * *Experience:* 1+ year of customer service (Call Center preferred; retail acceptable). * *Good Tenure Needed* * *Skills:* Proficient in data entry and computer systems. * *Education:* High School Diploma or GED (proof required). * Must pass a drug test (within 48 hours of offer) and a 7-year background check. *Work Environment:* * Professional call center setting with a business casual dress code (jeans OK; no leggings or sweatpants). *Next Steps:* Qualified candidates will be contacted within three business days.
