Part Time Loan Processor

• Responsible for sending loan-related letters for pay-offs, rate adjustments, follow-up letters, and the like
• Assists with the loan insurance process, including renewals, cancellations, force-placed coverage, insurance claim checks, and new policies for properties
• Prepares releases (including sending releases to the recording office)
• Communicate returned payments with borrowers
• Track, update, and follow up on payment of invoices related to loans/lines of credit, including but not limited to broker price opinions, appraisals, insurance, and other third-party reports
• Communicates returned payments with the borrower
• Provides back up for loan insurance process, including renewals, cancellations, force- placed coverage, and new policies for properties
• Order and/or follow up on third party reports
• Manage and prepare Releases for pay offs (including existing loans to be refinanced)
• Maintain the scanning and indexing of all loan documentation and correspondence
• Respond to customer needs
• Investment and Loan and email communication
• Provide internal customer service
• Receive calls and monitor messages for the Financial Services Department
• Collect and acknowledge documents received after approval through payoff

• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge loan processing/origination
• Experienced with computer-based programs and spreadsheets
• Experience with Microsoft Office, computer-based programs, and spreadsheets
• Proficient with a calculator
• Ability to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm ET (hours may be extended to meet workload demands)

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
