Seeking a highly-motivated and skilled Product Manager to help frame the future of our Field and Client Service Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) experience of our current platform, Assist Edge Engage, that is used to provide service to our Financial Reps and clients. You will collaborate with a talented team of product managers, engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts in an agile methodology all aimed at driving the Field and Client Service Strategy. A strong foundation of business and technical fundamentals complimented by soft skills in building relationships, effectively eliciting and documenting requirements, critical problem-solving skills, and working toward shared goals.
