Your compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $25.60 - $32.00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $25.60 - $38.40.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:



  • Provide leadership and direction to department staff, serving as the primary contact in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor, and handling complex member inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Assist in training new staff, contribute to operational efficiency by performing duties accurately and timely, and monitor team availability through dashboard management to maximize department availability.


Requirements:



  • One year of experience in a Credit Union position(s) or related field that provided knowledge in all phases of Credit Union operations, products, and services.
  • Leadership skills preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.


In addition:



  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.



Our hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 6:00PM with rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00PM, affording a day off during the week.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
