The Global Fee Consulting team is a global team responsible for supporting the growth of our business, through the effective management and implementation of fee policy across the full range of investment products offered by the Capital Group. As a Fee Consulting Manager, you will develop fee policy recommendations, support business cases, and drive continued progress toward the strategic rollout of related fee decisions. You will serve as the subject matter expert on global investment management fees, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, while evaluating opportunities and gaps in pricing, delivering alignment on fee proposals, and implementing change. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
