Workday Analyst

The HRIS Analyst serves as a liaison between the HRIS/HR team and Ansira team members. They will help to evaluate, analyze, design, and implement projects within the Human Capital Management application. They will play a key role in our Workday implementation, HRIS system maintenance and provide actionable analysis and consultative support to all functions of HR (employee relations, payroll, benefits, compensation, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on Workday projects including application testing, implementation, enhancements / upgrades, new functionality investigation and deployment.
  • Researches, designs, and tests systems and processes to develop process improvements, recommends solutions and helps to implement new applications
  • Serves as functional support for HR technology projects; assists in gathering requirements, writing business process procedures and systems integration.
  • Works with internal and external groups to identify, schedule, and test changes to the HR systems.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards that deliver data analysis to leaders for talent related decision making.
  • Assist with necessary alterations and configurations to systems and gathering requirements from end users to support a Workday implementation
  • Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions are on-time, on-budget, and inclusive of the scope committed to the business
  • Maintain up to date documentation and controls
  • Manage help desk tickets and be the primary contact for all Workday questions and issue resolution

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' of HRIS experience required with a minimum 2 years' experience with Workday. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Knowledge of and experience supporting HRIS modules such as: Absence, Security, Integrations and/or Report Writing, Recruiting, Core HCM.
  • Attention to detail - be able to review their work and catch any mistakes.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze compensation data a plus.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and handle multiple assignments under pressure.
  • Self-reliance, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, skills required.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data; previous experience in an HR role is a considerable asset.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service attitude with internal and external customers.
  • Experience with Global Organizations a plus
