Essential Functions:
- Conduct program evaluation and economic impact analyses for various
NJ-based projects.
- Develop and refine statistical and qualitative research skills under
the guidance of three PhD researchers.
- Collaborate with the NJIT-Egypt campus leadership to design and
refine culturally and legally appropriate policies for students, faculty, and
staff.
- Prepare documentation for the Egyptian Presidential Decree
submission.
- Attend regular meetings with project stakeholders and present
progress reports as needed.

Prerequisite Qualifications:
-Master's degree in public policy or policy analysis.
-Expertise in qualitative research methods.
-At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
